The roof on this beautiful church in Santa Monica was in need of serious attention, with multiple leaks creating havoc in the sanctuary during the rainy months. With an extremely steep roof, as well as complexities around solar, a tall steeple and an ongoing preschool, we set to work to create as little disruption as possible. Most important was protecting the brand new HVAC installation they had just completed, as well as the beautiful 100 year old building and its stained glass windows.
