Residential Roofing Installation using Owens Corning Duration Cool

The homeowner had multiple layers of shingle on his roof and wanted to do a full tear off and install of Owens Corning Duration Cool shingles with synthetic underlayment. The project took 5 days from tear-off to completion (including a a day for the sheathing inspection) and the homeowner now has a roof that will last him 50 years (materials AND labor) with our Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Warranty. As with all of our projects, the home was fully protected with tarps prior to tear off and we replaced all vents and pipe flashings, as well as installed new drip edge.
