We completed a comprehensive residential roofing installation for this new construction project in Vida, Oregon. Our team began by applying TopShield Bigfoot synthetic underlayment to provide a reliable moisture barrier across the multi-pitched surface. We installed IKO Cambridge architectural shingles in a dark grey finish, carefully integrating metal valley flashing and ridge vents to optimize airflow and drainage. To ensure long-term durability, we also fitted specialized plumbing vent boots and sealed all roof-to-wall transitions with precision flashing.
