We completed a comprehensive roof restoration for this commercial facility in Eugene, Oregon. Our team addressed several points of failure, including surface cracking and weathered membranes, before cleaning the entire footprint to ensure proper adhesion. We applied a high-performance reflective roof coating across the flat membrane surfaces and integrated it with existing HVAC curbs and parapet walls. This liquid-applied system sealed all seams and penetrations with durable mastic, providing a seamless waterproof barrier that extends the life of the structure.
