We completed a comprehensive roof restoration for a commercial service facility in Springfield. Our team addressed the aging low-slope roof system, which showed signs of significant weathering, organic debris accumulation, and rusted metal flashing. We began by performing a deep pressure wash of the existing membrane to ensure a clean bonding surface. After repairing the metal edges and reinforcing all seams with white seam tape, we applied a high-reflectivity white liquid-applied roof coating. This process created a seamless, waterproof barrier that protects the structure while improving overall energy efficiency.
