We completed a comprehensive waterproofing and deck coating project for a residence in Eugene. Our team applied a reinforced waterproofing system to the concrete deck and surrounding areas to ensure long-term protection. We meticulously integrated fluid applied flashing and sealed all perimeters to create a seamless, watertight envelope. We utilized a high-grade liquid waterproof coating, protection mat, and an drainage mat to prepare the surface for a durable tile finish. Throughout the process, we used wet film thickness gauges to verify consistent coverage of the waterproofing materials. This installation provides a robust, moisture-proof application that enhances the usability and longevity of the outdoor living space.
