We completed a full roof installation for this new construction project in Springfield. Our team installed a high-performance roofing system starting with TopShield Bigfoot 30 synthetic underlayment to provide a reliable moisture barrier across the sloped surfaces. We integrated the roofline with the exterior OSB walls using metal step flashing and waterproof membrane transitions to protect the structure during the build process. For the primary roof covering, we applied IKO Cambridge architectural shingles. The installation included the placement of multiple square roof vents and rubber pipe boot flashings to ensure proper ventilation and weatherproofing at all penetration points. This completed roof provides long-term durability and structural protection for the new home.
