Completed a residential roof replacement using IKO Cambridge architectural shingles in Charcoal Gray, delivering a bold, modern finish with strong curb appeal and long-term durability. This project totaled approximately 19 squares and included a full decking replacement; ensuring a solid, long-lasting foundation across the entire roof system. The system was installed on a 7/12 pitch roof, offering excellent water runoff and performance thanks to its moderately steep slope. Upgrades included the installation of a ridge vent and intake ventilation system to improve airflow and extend the life of the roofing system, along with the removal of an existing chimney for a cleaner roofline and improved functionality. The entire project was completed efficiently in 2 days, resulting in a high-quality, properly ventilated roofing system built to handle the elements and look great doing it.
