We completed a complete residential reroof for this single-story home in Eugene, Oregon. Our team began by removing the aging shingles and inspecting the roof deck for structural integrity. We performed necessary repairs to the plywood sheathing and wood rot near the eaves to ensure a stable, long-lasting surface for the new materials. To provide a high-performance moisture barrier, we applied Owens Corning ProArmor synthetic underlayment across the entire roof deck. We installed new dark grey architectural asphalt shingles, updating all ridge vents and plumbing boots to improve the home's overall ventilation. The final result is a durable, weather-tight roofing system that enhances the curb appeal of the property.
