BEST Roofing & Waterproofing replaced four deteriorated roof-mounted exhaust vents to restore proper ventilation and maintain the integrity of the roofing system. The project included the removal of the existing vent assemblies and installation of new flapper-style exhaust vents for a combination of dryer and general exhaust applications. Each new vent was properly flashed and integrated with the existing roofing materials to ensure a secure, weather-tight seal. These upgrades help prevent water intrusion, improve ventilation performance, and protect the roof system from moisture-related damage.
