We completed a full residential reroof for this two-story home in Springfield, Oregon. Our team started by stripping the existing shingles to inspect the roof deck, where we identified and replaced water-damaged OSB sheathing. We focused on restoring the structural integrity of the roof before proceeding with the new installation. To ensure long-term durability, we installed RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment and updated all critical flashings, including valleys, chimneys, and plumbing vents. We also performed precise measurements and flashing for the existing skylights and integrated a low-slope roofing solution for the sunroom addition. The project was finished with high-quality grey asphalt architectural shingles, providing the residence with a cohesive look and superior weather protection.
