Completed a roof replacement in San Antonio, TX (78227) using Owens Corning Oakridge® Brownwood shingles as part of an insurance claim. The existing roof system was removed, including three layers of felt. Low-sloped areas were modified bitumen per code, and double underlayment was installed on the 3/12 pitch to meet manufacturer and code requirements. The new roof was installed to specifications, improving durability, weather protection, and long-term performance. Final inspection confirmed quality workmanship and a clean job site.
