Completed a roof replacement in San Antonio, TX (78227) using Owens Corning Oakridge® Driftwood shingles. The existing roof system was removed and replaced per manufacturer specifications. A new 2" x 2" drip edge was installed around the existing gutters in compliance with city code, eliminating the need for gutter removal and reset. Ventilation was upgraded with an Attic Depot solar fan, improving attic airflow, reducing heat and moisture buildup, and enhancing roof longevity—all powered by free solar energy. Final inspection confirmed quality workmanship and a clean job site.
