Completed a full roof replacement in San Antonio, TX (78244) using Owens Corning Oakridge® Brownwood shingles. The existing roof system was removed due to storm damage, shingle deterioration, granule loss, and improperly installed drip edge along the eaves. Our crew corrected the drip edge installation to ensure proper water flow, inspected the decking, and prepared the surface for installation. New underlayment, flashing, and shingles were installed per manufacturer specifications to restore durability and weather protection. To improve drainage, new 6-inch gutters were installed along the back side of the property. Final inspection confirmed quality workmanship, improved performance, and a clean job site.
