Demolition and haul-off of the existing deck and construction of a new ~500 sq. ft. pressure-treated deck. Install a handrail system with a 1×6 top band and black aluminum pickets. Work also includes site improvements beneath the deck to create a usable driveway area, including installation of a retaining wall and proper drainage system, and relocating the existing fence line as needed to accommodate the new deck layout.
