This project was referred to us by a trusted realtor partner who was assisting their client with the home sale process. The goal was to ensure the property was in strong condition and ready for market, while providing the homeowner with a reliable, long-term roofing solution. After completing our assessment, we proceeded with a full reroof. The system included installation of IKO Cambridge architectural shingles, a synthetic underlayment for enhanced durability, and ice and water shield in critical areas for added protection against leaks. We also installed new 2 inch by 2 inch drip edge around the perimeter to improve water runoff and overall edge protection. The project was completed efficiently with a focus on quality workmanship, clear communication with both the realtor and homeowner, and alignment with the timeline needed for the transaction.
