Black Coast Roofing completed a small roof repair at the water heater vent penetration. The vent collar and surrounding base flashing were resealed with polyurethane roof sealant to help prevent water intrusion around the roof penetration. After the reseal was completed, the attic area below the vent was checked from the interior. No visible daylight was observed around the vent penetration at the time of inspection.
