Existing Warehouse Interior Repaint

Our customer purchased an existing building to move there wood shop into. They wanted the walls cleaned and painted a bright white before they moved there equipment into the new space. We used a power washer and Great Lakes Laboratory Extra Muscle Cleaner to remove the old existing dirt and grease from the walls. Then we sprayed and backrolled the Prep Rite blockfiler as needed. Then we topcoated all interior block walls with the Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200 latex paint in an eggshell sheen. All columns were cleaned, scraped and spot primed with an oil based primer. Then we brushed an rolled two coats of an oil based safety yellow up 6' high.
