Life Church - Brookfield WI - Remodel

This was a complete remodel of an existing church in Brookfield Wisconsin. We painted the exterior brick with two coats of the Sherwin Williams vertical concrete stain and the exterior steel awnings with Sherwin Williams waterbased alkyd urethane. On the interior we sprayed out the metal deck and joists with an acrylic dryfall. We primed new block with an interior block filler and all new drywall receive one coat of Pro Mar 200 primer and two coats of Pro Mar 200 latex finish coat in an eggshell sheen. All new hollow metal door frames received two coats of the Sherwin Williams waterbased alkyd urethane. All of the shiplap was first primed and then we sprayed on two coats of the Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane trim coat in a satin sheen. In the end this remodel was extremely detailed and ended up as an amazing gathering space for Life Church.
