New Construction Precast - Warehouse, Office & Line Striping
This was a new construction precast in which we sprayed on Sherwin Williams Loxon Vertical Concrete Stain on the exterior precast. On the interior office and warehouse/production area we sprayed the metal deck and joists with the Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial Acrylic Dryfall. Then in the warehouse/production area we sprayed and backrolled Pro Mar 200 primer and then topcoated it with Pro Mar 200 latex paint in an eggshell sheen. There is a power washing cleaning bay in the warehhouse/production area as well. These were block walls in which we first block filled and then we top coated with the Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial 646 Epoxy and then 2nd coated with the Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial High Solids Polyurethane so the the color stays true and for easy cleaning of the walls. Also in the warehouse/production area we did all of the safety yellow line striping. We used a steel shot floor grinder and then marked all of our lines. Then we brushed and rolled on three coats of the Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial Acrolon in the safety yellow color. It looks sharp with the crisp clean lines! In the office area all drywall recieved one coat of Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200 primer and then we top coated the walls with two coats of Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200 latex paint in an eggshell sheen. On the main focus wall in the lobby we ended up using Pro Mar 200 Low Gloss to limit the shiny finish as there are north and south windows in this space. All door frames where sprayed with two coats of the Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial Water Based Alkyd Urethane. This project was extremely detailed with multiple bright colors and a lot of door frames. In the end it turned out looking extremely nice.
