We repainted all the railings and woodwork in the atrium and the stairs. The wood was a natural finish and we painted it to a dark Iron Ore color. We needed to sand the wood first, clean it and then we used a Smart primer tinted to Iron Ore. We then brushed and rolled two coats of the Emerald Urethane on all the wood railings and wood components in the balcony and the stairs. Finally, we painted all walls in the atrium and in the stairways with interior satin SuperPaint.
