Condo Association Roof Replacement using GAF Shingles

Large scale residential steep slope condo roof replacement in Waterford MI. This project involved the removal of the existing shingles with all new ice shield, felt paper, and ridge venting. We also connected all of the bathroom exhaust vents that were not connected to a dedicated bathroom exhaust vent. We replaced all of the flashing kits on each skylight. We worked with the board president John Timmerman and his wife to coordinate shingle deliveries, dumpsters, inspections, and clean up.
