This project consisted of a large-scale, three-phase condominium roofing and insulation program completed over a three-year period. Our team conducted comprehensive inspections of every building and prioritized replacements based on the severity of existing conditions. Using advanced drone technology, we developed a detailed site map that established a clear, strategic sequence for roof replacements across the community—allowing for efficient planning, budgeting, and execution throughout the duration of the project
