Oak Ridge Apartments Roof Replacement

Large scale multi family steep slope roof replacement. This project involved the removal of the existing shingles with all new ice shield, felt paper, and ridge venting. We also coordinated the installation of an additional 12” of blown in cellulose insulation and intake baffles that were missing. Worked seamlessly with the property manager to coordinate the new insulation, shingle deliveries, dumpsters, inspections, etc.
