We provided comprehensive water damage remediation and asbestos abatement for a commercial facility in Rome. Our team extracted standing water, disinfected the area, and installed high-efficiency drying and air filtration equipment. After identifying asbestos in the flooring, we established secure containment zones and decontamination units to safely remove the tile and mastic while monitoring air pressure throughout the process. Following the abatement, we prepped the concrete subfloors to prepare for the final reconstruction phase.
