Sudden storm takes control of newly constructed finished luxury home

A series of unfortunate events initiated by a sudden downpour in Granger led to the flood of a newly finished basement. The storm water seeped through the walkout doors effecting the floor across the entire finished basement, seeping under the floating floor and start to smell causing the floor to be removed. The structure was able to be dried in place as well as the carpet in a different room. We were on site immediately to pick it up.
