After the water had been removed we were called to assess the damage and measure the amount of damage that the water had caused and to see if the structure was still wet, which it was. In this case all of the visibly and measurably wet water damaged materieal would need to be removed before the mold could be remediated, and then the left over structure would need to be dried before repairs can be made.
