We completed a custom motorized screen installation for this residential patio in Panama City. Our team integrated a Fenetex screen system into the existing covered porch to provide better climate control and insect protection. This project involved mounting large retractable screens between structural support pillars to create a versatile indoor-outdoor living space. The installation featured dark retractable privacy screens that complement the home's white board-and-batten exterior and stone veneer accents. These screens allow the homeowners to maintain their waterfront views while shielding the stone paver patio and seating area from the elements. The addition provides a seamless transition from the wood-paneled ceiling area to the landscaped backyard.
