We completed a motorized screen installation for a two-story residence in Panama City Beach. Our team mounted custom tracks and housing units to the existing stucco columns and dark wood-paneled ceilings of the covered outdoor living area. This project involved precise measurements and multi-person coordination to ensure the large-scale screens fit perfectly within the architectural openings. We used Fenetex motorized mesh screens to provide shade and protection without obstructing the view of the nearby golf course. The installation featured white vertical tracks that blend seamlessly with the home’s exterior and high-quality aluminum components for long-term durability. These retractable screens now allow the homeowners to transition their patio into a fully enclosed, insect-free dining space at the touch of a button.
