This project involved multiple reroofs within a small apartment style community where several connected units required careful coordination and accurate measurements. Although the roofs were only around eleven years old, storm related damage led to insurance approvals for full replacements. What began with one unit quickly expanded as neighboring residents learned their roofs also qualified, resulting in five connected buildings being completed within the same week. Because these units share rooflines and structural connections, precise measurements and sequencing were critical to ensure each roof tied in correctly with the next. The community requires Owens Corning Oakridge shingles in Desert Tan to meet HOA standards, maintaining consistency across all buildings. Each roof ranged between nineteen and twenty five squares, requiring efficient scheduling and clean execution to minimize disruption for residents. The system was finished with brown drip edge, brown boots, brown vents, and matching paint to maintain a uniform appearance throughout the community. Having completed previous buildings in this complex, the installation followed established guidelines and expectations.
