Commercial Roofing in Bushnell, Florida

Brehm Roofing & Restoration recently completed a 150-square roof replacement at an RV park in Bushnell, Florida, involving three separate roofs on the property. This large-scale project included both asphalt shingles and flat roof systems. Our team replaced over 25 sheets of plywood, 500 feet of fascia, and 200 additional feet of woodwork due to rot and prior water intrusion. For the flat roof sections, we installed 28 squares of CertainTeed Flintastic SA Cap Sheet in Weathered Wood color. The asphalt shingle sections were completed using Owens Corning Duration shingles in Driftwood, a proven architectural product with a 130 MPH wind rating and algae resistance. Despite the scale and complexity—including extensive carpentry and intense Florida heat—our crew completed the job in just two days. Site Supervisor Dylan and Crew Leader Yimi played key roles in overseeing this project, assisting with precise carpentry and ensuring smooth coordination throughout.
