Brehm Roofing & Restoration recently completed a roof replacement on a University of Florida warehouse building as part of a collaborative project with Ratner Construction. This was phase one of a two-building roofing project on-site. The structure required a full tear-off and reroof using CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Driftwood, a dimensional shingle known for its durability and clean finish. Our crew worked efficiently on this commercial-grade structure and had the entire project completed by lunch and fully cleaned up by 2 PM.
