Brehm Roofing & Restoration recently completed a reroof for an investment property near the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. The roof had sustained damage after a branch fell onto it, requiring both immediate temporary protection and a full replacement. Our trusted partner, Sunshine Restoration FL, provided a roof tarp several weeks before our installation to prevent further damage. Once the project was ready, our roofing crew completed the 34-square replacement with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Estate Gray, a high-performance architectural shingle featuring SureNail® Technology, a 130 MPH wind rating, and algae resistance. The system was finished with a new ridge vent for proper ventilation, black-painted penetrations, and Black Bullet Pipe Boots for a clean, uniform finish.
