Gainesville Storm Damage Roofing

Brehm Roofing & Restoration recently completed a roof replacement in the Fletchers Mill neighborhood off Newberry Road in Gainesville, FL. The homeowner filed an insurance claim after hail damage from the April storm left their roof compromised. This roof presented a few technical challenges—steep pitches, multiple dormers, a bay window, and an attached garage featuring a cupola with a 12/12 pitch. These complex details required extra planning and skilled labor from our roofing crew. The homeowner opted to upgrade their ventilation system by adding a ridge vent, improving airflow and supporting long-term roof health.
