Metal Roof in Archer, FL
This project involved the installation of a 26-gauge 1” Snap Lock Standing Seam metal roofing system in mill finish on a property with a 7/12 pitch roof. With five pipe boots included, the scope required detailed planning to ensure proper flashing, waterproofing, and ventilation. Standing seam systems are one of the most reliable roofing options available in Florida. Unlike exposed fastener systems, the snap lock panels conceal fasteners under raised seams, significantly reducing the risk of leaks and long-term maintenance issues. This design also allows for natural thermal expansion and contraction, which is crucial in Florida’s high heat and humidity. The mill finish provided a clean, modern look that complemented the property’s exterior, while also being highly reflective to improve energy efficiency. By pairing this finish with precise panel fabrication and professional installation, the roof is built to last decades with minimal upkeep. As with all Brehm Roofing projects, careful attention was paid to proper underlayment, flashing around penetrations, and alignment of each seam. The result is a strong, watertight roofing system that is engineered to handle heavy rains, high winds, and long exposure to the Florida sun. 📍 https://maps.app.goo.gl/QHhf84HaJVJcpeiy7
