Brehm Roofing & Restoration recently completed a commercial roofing project in Alachua, FL in partnership with our close friends at Sunshine Restoration Florida, owned by Hutson Chandler and his family. Sunshine Restoration purchased three buildings located at 15850 Northwest US Highway 441, Alachua, FL, and is overseeing a full exterior and interior renovation of the properties. One of the buildings will soon serve as a new office and warehouse space for Brehm Roofing & Restoration. As part of the restoration, our team installed a 26-gauge Galvalume Ultra Ribbed metal roofing system in Black on all three buildings. The materials were sourced from Tri County Metals, and the installation was handled by our experienced metal roofing crew. Ultra Ribbed metal roofing is designed for long-term durability and weather performance. With its high-rib design and corrosion-resistant Galvalume coating, this system offers excellent water shedding and long-term resistance against rust, UV degradation, and wind. The Black color offers a clean, modern appearance that complements the commercial redesign. This is just the beginning of a long-term partnership between Brehm Roofing & Restoration and Sunshine Restoration.
