Along the NE 27th Street corridor in Ocala, this reroof was completed for a homeowner preparing to sell. A roughly 15-year-old shingle roof was due for replacement after a potential buyer’s inspection, and the project moved on an ASAP timeline after they found us through a roofing calculator. We installed 29 squares of Owens Corning Oakridge in Antique Silver with 8 rolls of MFM SA starter, 7 ProEdge hip and ridge, new white drip edge, and updated black boots, vents, and paint. Turner Pillsbury handled sales. This was a planned replacement with no storm claim.
