This reroof project addressed a 19-year-old roof that had begun showing signs of age after a recent hailstorm. The homeowner noticed an increased amount of granule loss across the surface, which is a clear indicator of shingle wear and reduced protection. To restore the home’s protection, we installed a new roofing system using OC Duration shingles in Antique Silver. This system covered 49 squares, requiring a complete tear-off of the old roofing before new installation.
