Brehm Roofing & Restoration recently completed a commercial roof coating project in Ocala, FL, covering three separate buildings totaling approximately 100 squares. These buildings had a mix of TPO and metal roof systems, and we’ve worked with this customer before to perform maintenance and waterproofing on the same properties. This time, the project manager chose to move forward with a roof coating system to extend the life of each roof while planning for full replacements over the next five years. Coatings are an effective solution for budget-conscious commercial roofing clients, especially when the underlying roof is still structurally sound but showing signs of aging. Our team coated one building per day, applying a complete commercial-grade system designed to improve UV resistance, waterproofing, and energy efficiency.
