We’re currently working on a roof replacement in Alachua, Florida, for a homeowner who experienced severe wind damage from the recent storms. Unfortunately, this homeowner is in a unique situation where the insurance company has their policy on a roof schedule, meaning only a small percentage of the roof will be covered by the insurance due to the policy terms. We always encourage homeowners to review their insurance policies and speak with their agents to ensure they have proper coverage in the event of storm damage. For this project, we are installing GAF Timberline HDZ shingles as a retail option, providing the homeowner with a high-quality and durable roofing solution.
