We installed a custom motorized mesh screen system on a covered concrete patio in Shenandoah. This project involved mounting the retractable screens between existing wooden support posts to enclose the outdoor living area and hot tub space. We worked carefully around the finished tongue-and-groove wood ceiling and blue metal siding to ensure a seamless integration with the structure. The installation utilized Rollease Acmeda hardware and high-quality dark mesh to provide shade and insect protection without sacrificing the view of the property. We integrated a bottom brush seal to create a tight closure against the concrete floor for maximum efficiency. This upgrade allows the homeowners to easily transition their porch into a protected environment.
