We completed a driveway installation and expansion project for a residential property in Orange Park. Our team managed the full site preparation, which involved excavating the existing surface and grading the area with a compact excavator to establish a stable base. We installed a subsurface drainage system utilizing PVC piping to manage water runoff and protect the adjacent home foundation. After setting the wooden formwork for the new driveway layout, we poured and finished a durable concrete slab designed for consistent daily use. This installation improved the property's accessibility and created a functional parking area that integrates with the existing stone-veneer exterior and front porch.
