We were called out to perform mold testing due to visible growth on the supply grills. We found that the thermostat had the fan in the on position verses Auto position. This causes the air coming out of the supply grills to hot dew point and condensate. We strongly recommend keeping the fan in the Auto position always for our geographical location.
