The concern was water intrusion during wind driven rain. The employees were complaining of not feeling well and although there was no visible indication of mold. I was able to determine that 3 out of 5 offices had wet drywall on the south wall by using state of the art equipment. The next step is to cut inspection holes which is performed by the remediation company not us as we only perform testing (No Conflict of Interest)
