This home in Acton received a full asphalt roofing upgrade by our team, along with the installation of new skylights to improve natural light and overall functionality. The project included complete removal of existing roofing materials, inspection of the roof decking, and installation of a CertainTeed Landmark architectural asphalt roofing system with updated underlayment, ridge ventilation, and properly detailed flashing. As part of the project, two new Velux non-vented skylights were cut into the roof and professionally framed, flashed, and integrated into the new roofing system to ensure long-term weather protection and performance. All work was completed to manufacturer specifications for durability and reliable results.
