This home in Cape Elizabeth received a custom exterior renovation by our team, featuring a combination of modern board and batten siding and cedar shake accents. The project included removal of the existing natural shake siding, inspection and repair of exposed sheathing as needed, and installation of new James Hardie board and batten on the lower levels with shake-style siding above for a cohesive coastal design. Additional updates included upgraded exterior trim details, replacement of select window components, and installation of Maibec cedar shake siding with woven corners for a refined finished appearance. All work was completed with attention to proper weatherproofing, clean detailing, and long-term durability.
