This home in Casco received a full asphalt roof replacement by our team, including installation of an Owens Corning Duration architectural roofing system. The project involved removal of existing roofing materials, inspection of the roof decking, and installation of updated underlayment, ice and water shield, ridge ventilation, and properly detailed flashing to ensure long-term weather protection and performance. As part of the project, PVC frieze board trim was installed along roof-to-wall intersections to address areas of siding rot and improve long-term durability. The new trim was properly flashed and integrated with the roofing system to provide a clean finished appearance and added protection at critical transition points. All work was completed to manufacturer specifications for reliable long-term performance.
