This home in Freeport received a full asphalt roof replacement by our team, including installation of an Owens Corning Duration architectural roofing system and updated skylight flashing. The project involved complete removal of existing roofing materials, inspection of the roof decking, and installation of new ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, ridge ventilation, and properly detailed flashing to ensure long-term weather protection and performance. As part of the project, a new Velux flashing kit was installed around the existing skylight to improve waterproofing and integrate cleanly with the new roof system. All work was completed to manufacturer specifications to provide a durable, weather-tight roofing solution designed for long-term reliability.
