This Portland home received a full siding replacement along with targeted exterior rot repair by our team. The project included complete removal of the existing siding and underlayment, inspection of all exterior walls, and replacement of deteriorated or missing wood discovered during demolition. An additional layer of older siding was also removed where found. We completed the project with new CertainTeed Monogram vinyl clapboard siding, updated underlayment, and aluminum-wrapped trim at fascia, soffits, windows, and doors, restoring the home’s exterior and improving long-term durability and weather protection.
