This new-construction home received a full exterior installation by our team, including a black standing seam metal roof, EPDM rubber roofing on flat sections, and a multi-material siding system featuring Hardie panel, Hardie clapboard, and Modern Mill ACRE nickel gap siding. We also completed all trim, soffit, and fascia work, installed skylight and wall flashing, and finished the project with black 6” seamless gutters and gutter guards for long-term performance and protection.
